We are looking for: The Production Coordinator will be a safety leader in the production facilities to assure that safety issues are addressed in a timely manner. Assist in preparing meaningful and productive safety meetings and monitor the processes and take action so that the plant is operating safely and efficiently.

We can count on you for:

  • Production paperwork preparation for all work cells
  • Track process paperwork through IPL for LIMS Consolidation

  • Update Shippad Notes for IPL quality updates

  • Update intermediate blues with IPL updates

  • Consolidate intermediates through LIMS

  • Update IPL priority packet list per priorities outlined in morning meeting

  • Work with peers to learn about the way of working as a PAC in the work cells

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement meetings as needed

You will bring:

  • High School Diploma

  • Preferred college degree for future career advancement

  • 1-3 years’ experience preferred

  • Immediate follow through on all assigned job tasks
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks independently and achieve both quality and quantity of work

  • Communicate effectively with all levels: EEs, supervisors, and managers

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,000. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
