We are looking for a professional Maintenance Technician who takes pride in his work, has a positive attitude, respects people and their property, delivers outstanding customer service, and enjoys being part of a friendly team.

Responsibilities:

*    Ability to work cooperatively with the Director of maintenance team.
*    On call one week on and one week off.
*    Perform various maintenance functions, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping duties.
*    Perform emergency on -call service for afterhours maintenance related issues as required, snow removal.
*    A valid driver?s license, clean record (driving) criminal background check.
*    2-5 years? experience.
