    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
    • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize accounting data effectively.
    • Prepare and process payroll, including certified payroll documentation when required.
    • Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
    • Monitor and manage the timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
    • Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Address discrepancies in financial documentation and resolve issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline bookkeeping processes and improve efficiency.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
    • Proven experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
    • Familiarity with certified payroll procedures is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
