Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 1st Shift, Variable (PRN)
Summary
Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse:
- Exemplifies outstanding customer service in observing individual resident schedules and preferences
- Provides assistance with activities of daily living
- Effectively implements, communicates, and documents resident care
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completion of the 75-hour nursing assistant class, in addition to passing the competency evaluation, prior to employment or within four (4) months of employment
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
Job Type: Variable (PRN)
Shift/Schedule: Flexible Scheduling
Wage Range*: $18.00/hr-$19.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000, paid out over a six-month period
