Are you skilled in CNC machining with a knack for mechanical work? Staffmark is seeking an experienced CNC/Mill Operator to join a leading manufacturer and solutions provider in its field. This exciting temp-to-hire opportunity offers exceptional benefits and a vibrant work environment where you can excel!

We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your work-life balance needs. Full-time positions are available on either the 1st or 3rd shift, with starting pay ranging from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up mill equipment

Conduct tooling changes

Operate CNC mill machines to cut parts

Ensure precision by measuring parts with calipers and other instruments

Safely operate basic stationary and CNC equipment

Maintain accurate counts of processed products

Assist in material handling operations and maintain workspace cleanliness

Qualifications:

3-4 years of experience in commercial or industrial millwork, or completion of an internal training program

Ability to read dimensions, fractions, and interpret blueprints and schematics

Proficiency in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers

Familiarity with hand tools and material-handling equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
