Transformation Project Lead

JOB SUMMARY:

This role provides leadership to manage the overall supply chain process optimization to improve the productivity for the whole supply chain within CPS internal scope and external scope. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all the supply chain related information such as supply shortage risk and potential write off risk will be delivered to key customers which make system have more transparent and flexibility. This role will also help leaders to make the suitable and timely decision which will meet the business target.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Optimize inventory planning strategy in CPS base on the awareness of bottler inventory and production strategy; help to build up E2E transparency of inventory, provide reasonable suggestion to bottler inventory build up

2. Lead the internal continuous improvement process, by identifying key opportunities in daily routine help improving the communication productivity and agile supply chain

• NPD process with PP

• Ingredient supply process with MM

• Order fulfillment process with CS

• Overall supply chain related KPI setup

3. Lead Supply Chain digitalization transformation journey (SAP Hana, control tower, advanced visualization system etc.) to ensure a profitable and sustainable growth of CPS supply chain system with the continuously productivity improvement.

4. Lead external planning related process with OU commercialization/supply chain to optimize E2E supply chain efficiency.

• Build up standard process and report analysis

• Urgent case management related in supply and risk

• Planning related routine standard (JSOP, Bottler Group Routines, others)

5. OTHERS: Global or local related supply chain project assigned REQUIRED

QUALIFICATION:
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in multinational organization’s supply chain management, preference given to candidates with manufacturing background.  
2. Demonstrated ability of developing production plans, taking into consideration company’s objectives, business rules and current challenges / constraints.  
3. Informal leadership skills in influencing cross functional teams.  

4. Good working knowledge of SAP MM and PP module.

5. Knowledge of APO would be an advantage.

Educational Requirements:

1. University Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering 
2. Supply Chain post-graduate studies or CSCP preferred.
3. MRPII or ERP knowledge is required.
4. Quality systems ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 experience would be considered an advantage.
5. Food/ beverage processing or pharmaceutical manufacturing SC experience.
6. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience is required.
7. SAP experience would be considered as an advantage.
