field & waste equipment, such as bean pickers, tractors, dump carts,
waste spreaders, etc Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical &
engine repairs. Basic welding & cutting skills. Responsible for
training/supervising field operations and crew to achieve efficiency in
snap bean harvest to maximize crop recovery. Must have your own tools or
willing to purchase. OT mandatory during Production Period (July -
November) Must exhibit a strong commitment to Safety & Teamwork.
