We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in College Station, Texas. This role will involve handling customer applications, maintaining accurate records, resolving customer inquiries, and monitoring customer accounts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing and accuracy of customer credit applications.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise customer credit records.
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for various accounting tasks.
• Implement BlackLine and Concur for financial management and reporting.
• Manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for better business process management.
• Oversee the execution of accounting functions to ensure financial transactions are handled accurately and promptly.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to maintain financial stability and liquidity.
• Conduct auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Supervise billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with BlackLine software is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Concur software is advantageous
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions effectively
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Proficiency in Auditing procedures
• Ability to manage Billing Functions efficiently
