WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):
* Respond to technical and/or user problems utilizing technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Escalating as appropriate.
* Provide support for moderately complex issues as needed.
* Provides support to document and track to resolution of any system malfunctions, issues, and downtime.
* Prepares metrics, activity, and progress reports regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
* Work collaborative cross functionally and across the Real Estate Services teams.
* Provide CoStar Administration support as needed.
* Provide CoStar user access, add vendor records, and respond to user inquiries.
* Troubleshoot issues related to CoStar Real Estate Manager system.
* Develops standard operating procedures and step-by-step guides.
* Other duties as assigned.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

1: Analyze business and user needs to develop documentation of requirements and translate these into proper system requirement specifications.
2: Serve as a liaison between the business unit, the Information Technology Department and/or vendor(s). Provide user support relating to the utilization of the business application in day-to-day operations. Facilitate user training as required.
3: Ensure applications are optimized to support business objectives and processes. Participate in efforts related to implementations, releases and systems modifications.
4: Import and export data. Ensure high data integrity is maintained and reported. Analyze and validate data. Design and prepare customized reports, document report specifications and ensure standard reporting procedures are aligned with business reporting requirements.
5: Execute business application-related processes and transactions.
6: Develop and execute test procedures and cases.
7: Assist in the development of performance metrics and project reports.
Scope: Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply technical subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

This is a fully remote position working M-F 8 am -5 pm on EST.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00-$73,000.00.

This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.

Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred. *
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required, preferably in a corporate real estate environment. CoStar Real Estate Manager experience is strongly preferred and a minimum of intermediate MS Excel experience.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply technical expertise to resolve problems. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks efficiently. Ability to work on a team.
Travel: 5- 10% travel may be required

* Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to the description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).

The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU THE COMPETITIVE EDGE (Preferred Qualifications):

Systems administrator w/ COSTAR experience.

Critical and analytical skills.

Understands excel at least intermediate level: Data analysis. Complex formulas, pivot tables, addition & subtraction, if/ and statements, conditional formulas.

Power BI a plus.

SharePoint is a plus, Power automates, Power Apps, MS 365 office suite,
