Senior Director, E2E Experience & Connections Strategy

Hiring Requirements & Job Details 

  • End-to-end Experience and Connections Strategy – will provide thought and strategic leadership (Experience loop process management /Audience planning / Engagement model) and deliver consumer/shopper experience (Connection planning / Consumer activations) for all categories and brands connecting with Global IMX-E2E team.  This position will report to OU IMX Lead and manage entire IMX planning collaboratively with each Category/Brand team and Media Operations lead who leads media strategy and total media operations (Budget control, Media buying operation and media partnership). 

 

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Lead the team to Create ‘High quality impact’ & deliver ‘Engaging brand/shopper experience’ in all touch points (OESP media and key sales channels) to build the competitive IMX persistent platforms and drive real transactions. 

  • Set the vision and strategy of the team. 

  • Lead the growth of OU E2E/Connection planning capability- Connection strategy and market execution plan development including Media, Sales promotion and experiential event planning for each brand or TTL portfolio. 

  • Consumer activation (National promotion / Experiential event) development and execution management. 

  • Lead System alignment for IMX execution plan (Media/Sales promotion/Consumer experiential event) cooperating with Category and FLM team. 

  • Develop highly engaged, high performance team including external partners (Agency, Media partners, Sales promotion suppliers) ; manage and develop the team associates, identify and deploy best Connection / SP agency partners, and bring out the best of their capability.    

  • Promote Growth Behavior as a role-model in the team. 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • People management skill and experience to influence global & OU management / system stakeholders in the connected organization. 

  • Skill and experience to plan and execute connection plans involving agencies. 

  • Expertise in SP / Experiential event development and execution management.  

  • Able to translate established marketing strategies into clear, concise, and compelling solutions which are consistent with brand LRP/ABP. 

  • Must be an excellent organizer with the ability to articulate and sell complex concepts to marketing leadership team and associates and by proving how the transformative ideas and initiatives will deliver on brand strategic marketing objectives. 

  • Well-developed leadership and management skills 

  • Strong oral communication and presentation skills 

  • Possesses a unique blend of strategic executive-ability and understanding of brand marketing business in our system. 

  • Able to define and work within budgeting and scheduling parameters, negotiate effectively with outside vendors and manage department activities to ensure teamwork 

  • Able to foster positive, trusting relationships across all levels of The Coca-Cola Company colleagues. 

  • Able to partner and lead agencies/outside firms to ensure that brand experiences are consistent with the market positioning of each brand
