Sous Chef Duties:
• Work closely with the Executive Chef.
• Demonstrate creative and advanced food preparation for all menu items.
• May oversee all kitchen operations and supervise staff.
• Use advanced kitchen equipment.
• Ensure facility is clean and organized.
• Maintain operation’s food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Participate in other task assignments.
• Be able to lift, carry, push/pull 25+ lbs.
Qualifications:
• Food safety certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Allergen certification is a plus.
