Summary:
Responsible for opening boxes and processing and disinfecting dental impressions through to productions. Packs orthodontic appliances to process shipments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Opens and disinfects incoming mail. Dates to meet doctors requirements.
2. Packs orthodontic appliances and preps for shipping weighing between 2-5 lbs.
3. Prepares foreign cases for shipment.
4. 2nd Point of entry-runs credit card orders.
5. Fills head gear orders.
6. Performs telephone and basic computer work as required.
7. Performs various housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, emptying garbage.
8. Stocks department inventory.
9. May assist in lab production as needed.
Education and/or Experience:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Requirement for this Job:
Demonstrate has basic math skills (add, subtract, multiple & divide).
Basic computer skills.
Good telephone communication skills.
Previous shipping & receiving experience preferred.
