Job Description

General Managers at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers & achieving or exceeding their store volume & margin sales & service goals by leading their team in defined processes. The position is exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures the location effectively follows a successful Selling, Servicing, Parts,
F & I process & paperwork that ensures that the customer has an excellent buying experience
Effectively establishes the selling price for units, as part of desking the deal; including successfully establishing ACV (trade appraisals, reconditioning) through set company standards
Learns & applies new & learned selling skills, strategies & techniques on a daily, monthly, & yearly basis. Shares, mentors, encourages, & acknowledges team members
Monitors OneWater sales, service, & parts goals & supervises/prioritizes work to achieve progress towards goals against key performance indicators
Takes the lead on merchandising inventory & supports the marketing of products, preparing for shows, positioning, & advertising activities (including lot & showroom layout)
Actively participates in boat shows, store & off-site sales & customer events

Achieves or exceeds store volume & margin sales & service goals & profit goals
Effective utilization of sales tools, including OneWater Sales Processes & CRM
Achievement of required OneWater Sales Certifications
Management experience
Lift 10 lbs. infrequently
