Job Description

The primary purpose of this job position is carry out social service needs and requirements for residents and family members in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as my be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met / maintained on an individual basis.

Education:
Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors Degree from an approved school of Social Work and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. A Master's in Social Work is preferred.

Experience:
Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility.
