JOB REQUIREMENTS: Brief Job Description: Manage resources to include
Machine Operators, equipment, and materials. Make decisions and be
responsible for workflow through the shop and technical training of the
machine Operators. Primarily serve as shift or work cell team lead that
guides Machine Operators and projects of varying scope: Serve as a
technical resource and team leader for Machine Operators. Train and
develop less experienced operators and participate in their development
in partnership with Value Stream Manager. Provide guidance, feedback and
positive behavior modeling Compnay\'s culture of care. Make suggestions
to improve production and order processing efficiency. We will teach you
new skills as you learn to manage your shift and operate and
troubleshoot all machinery. Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or
malfunctions. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production
schedules, and other records and reports to determine production
requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences
to meet production goals. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job
orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Observe work
and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators
conform to production or processing standards. Direct and coordinate the
activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of
goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, or fabricators. Conduct
employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures,
or assign employee training to experienced workers. Confer with
management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or
grievances. Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair
services. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to be
flexible in situations when production needs change unexpectedly.
