Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, a division of IES, is looking for a Bathroom Renovation Project Manager for our New Port Richey location.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of remodel projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with contractors and internal plumbing team.
Job responsibilities:
Prepare detailed accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment.
Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits, as needed
Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work.
Ability to recruit and manage plumbing crews for remodels throughout Tampa Bay
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growing business
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter and a leader
Strong desire to succeed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills!
Strong Microsoft skills
