Job Description
|
Role and Responsibilities
- Learning and Development manager to lead the L&D function for emerging markets BU
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs – country specific in coordination with local teams
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs across affiliates
- Fostering high performance culture focusing on Customer Value Creation, People Management & Ethical Working
- Implement various learning methods EM wide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, refresher programs and induction training programs including but not limited to, product science and selling skills
- Standardizing; curating the training content; training facilitation/delivery across the organization; administering the functions of content development and ensuring Training Effectiveness
- Developing training roadmaps for executives based on job-based capability requirements in-line with the organizational strategy
- Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
- Vendor identification/management
Related Experience requirement
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager pharma, Training Manager or similar for more than 10 years
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen and fluency in English language
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Professional certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
- Prior experience in international business will be of added advantage
- Experience in managing multiple countries/geographies
