How will you make an impact?
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific and contribute to meaningful work, such as assisting customers in cancer research, environmental protection, and food safety.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a diverse team committed to providing outstanding service to our customers.
What will you do?
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and raise priority issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless service delivery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new customer service procedures and policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.
How will you get there?
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
