Exotic Automation & Supply is a rapidly growing, privately held, industrial distributor looking for a polished, high-performing, experienced Executive Administrator to manage the day-to-day business operations and personal obligations of the President and his Executive team. This individual must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar capacity. This role requires the individual to understand the entirety of how a business runs from an Executive perspective and the ability to drive the supporting responsibilities accordingly. In addition, the qualified individual must be able to showcase an Executive-like presence in all written and verbal communications and interactions.  

Chemistry with the President and Executive team is crucial to the success of the individual filling this role. The dynamic and high-energy work style of the President and Executive team, coupled with their robust forward-thinking business mission, demands a very specific set of personality traits and skills centered around administrative proficiency. The individual in this role must embody a compassionate and warm-hearted nature, supplemented with being supportive and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the President and Executive team. To maintain Operational and Executive-level excellence, this individual is expected to be responsive and available to assist as needed, sometimes requiring availability outside of traditional work hours.
