Qualifications:
- Proficiency in understanding blueprints and grade stakes to ensure project completion as per specifications.
- Willingness to obtain "Confined Space Training Certification" and "Excavation Trench Safety" provided by Western Excavation.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds with assistance from team members.
- Capable of working in diverse environmental conditions including cold, heat, wet, and muddy conditions.
- Flexibility with working hours; expected to work minimum hours from 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays with potential for weekend work and overtime.
