We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team at our program in Secane, PA. The posting is for Full Time, Second Shift, Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm.
Earn $19.07/hr.!
Position Details
Merakey Secane Moderate Care, Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR)is a license program that serves 26 individuals both male and female residents. The Site Supervisor is responsible for:
Ensuring residents follow the rules and responsibilities that are expected of them throughout the program.
Assisting staff members in engaging the residents in meaningful activities at least 3 days a week
Encouraging individuals to meet their goals and obtain the proper life skills they need to live independently.
Updating individuals' charts and completing required paperwork; weekly, annually and bi-annually.
Organizing team meetings with the Office of Mental Health as needed and annually as required by the state.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in human services field preferred.
At least two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health residential setting.
Must have a valid and current driver's license.
