The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and demonstrate professionalism in interactions with staff, stakeholders, and high-profile individuals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and manage calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring accurate appointment tracking.<br>• Enter detailed information into Outlook, including travel itineraries and related files.<br>• Communicate with staff, stakeholders, and high-profile individuals to confirm appointments and provide scheduling updates.<br>• Arrange travel logistics, such as flights, accommodations, and transportation, using Concur software.<br>• Provide administrative support by monitoring legislative activities, preparing briefing materials, and organizing meetings and delegation tours.<br>• Draft and edit correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.<br>• Establish and maintain effective tickler systems to track tasks and deadlines.<br>• Maintain inventory levels and order office supplies as needed.<br>• Assist with special projects, events, and serve as back-up for other administrative functions.<br>• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations.
