In dieser Rolle arbeitest du im IBM Client Innovation Center Germany (CIC), wo wir tiefgehendes technisches Know-how und Industriekenntnisse in einer breiten Palette an Kundenprojekten im öffentlichen und privaten Sektor zum Einsatz bringen. Unser CIC bietet lokal ansässigen Unternehmen technische Expertise, um Innovation voranzutreiben und neue Technologien zu implementieren.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben im IBM CIC beinhalten:

Analyse und Aufnahme von geschäftlichen und fachlichen Anforderungen, deren Präzisierung und Transformation in IT-spezifische Anforderungen zur weiteren Umsetzung in komplexen Softwareprojekten
Coaching und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche
Identifikation, Bearbeitung und Verfolgung von Change Requests
Erstellung und Pflege einer strukturierten Dokumentation und Ablage

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich, idealerweise in Kundenprojekten im Banking-Umfeld
Ausgeprägtes methodisches und praxiserprobtes Wissen im Requirements Engineering und versierter Umgang mit unterstützenden Tools wie z.B. HP ALM, Rational Tools, UML und BPMN
Praktische Erfahrung mit IT-Service Management Frameworks (z. B. ITIL)
Fähigkeit komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen und diese anhand einschlägiger Methoden zu beschreiben
Bereitschaft, alle 2-3 Wochen für 2-3 Tage deutschlandweit vor Ort beim Kunden zu arbeiten
Freude an der Arbeit in traditionellen und agilen Projektteams sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
Hervorragende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
