REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience in a deli, retail, or customer service position is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. JOB DESCRIPTION: Prepare, serve, and sell deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared meals. Assist customers by providing product information, answering questions, and fulfilling special order requests. Ensure deli cases are continuously stocked, clean, and well-organized. Adhere to food safety regulations and store policies at all times. Operate slicers, ovens, and other deli equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct regular checks on deli inventory and expiry dates, and manage product rotation. Participate in regular training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and service skills.
