Position Overview:

As the Director of Workforce Management, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence across our organization. You will be responsible for analyzing workforce productivity data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to leaders and frontline managers to enhance employee productivity, engagement, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Essential Job Functions: 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key productivity metrics and objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze workforce productivity data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Provide guidance and support to frontline managers in interpreting analytics findings and making data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor system usage and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Partner with Leadership, HR, Operations, IT and LOBs to develop strategies for productivity enhancements across people, process, and technology.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to make workforce planning decisions on insights.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to develop strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and development based on capacity insights.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to address specific business questions or challenges related, but not limited to productivity, capacity planning, engagement, collaboration, and technology usage.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations, people analytics and workforce management.
  • Administer and maintain the ActivTrak platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Govern user access and permissions, defining roles and responsibilities to ensure appropriate data access.
  • Develop and maintain integrations to collect, transform, and store data from various sources.
  • Provide training and support to users.
  • Other activities as may be assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an SVP level role or external equivalent ideally in a financial services organization.
  • Proven experience in operational research, people analytics, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Special Requirements:
  • The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

Country: USA
The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($150,000 - $235,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.  All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
