Excels in creative experimentation and is able to explore new paths, procedures, and /or approaches to models of care teams. Displays flexibility in adapting and coping with accelerated changes within the environment.

· Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in the State of Minnesota

· If graduation did not occur within the last two years, one year of LPN experience working in an applicable setting is required

· Must be familiar with the standards of nursing practice and state and federal regulations

· Good oral and written communications skills. Good interpersonal relationship skills.

· Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the clinical and/or research settings

- Able to work effectively with multiple members of the interdisciplinary care team
Proficient in medication administration techniques
- Experienced in providing hospice care with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledgeable in case management practices for effective patient care
- Capable of working with individuals with developmental disabilities with patience and understanding
- Familiar with family planning methods and counseling services
- Competent in cardiac catheterization procedures and post-procedural care
- Trained in airway management protocols for emergency situations
- Experienced in tube feeding procedures and monitoring patient response
- Proficient in venipuncture techniques for blood collection purposes
