Delivery Coordinator

Lexus of Madison, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a tech-savvy Delivery Coordinator to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer service experiences.

Delivery Coordinators, also called Product Specialists, play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience and work closely alongside our sales team. Their main responsibilities include preparing vehicles for delivery, providing in-depth explanations of vehicle features and benefits, assisting new owners in setting up their phones with their new Lexus and familiarizing them with our dealership. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong technical skills, and are eager to advance in their careers!
