JOB REQUIREMENTS: Begin your story with ProHealth Care with ascholarship
for education to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). ProHealth Care
is extending fully paid scholarships to become a Licensed Practical
Nurse (LPN). LPNs are at the heart of health care, helping to ensure
quality patient care while supporting other medical staff members. The
rigorous, twelve-month program is conducted in partnership with Herzing
University. Clinical training is provided at ProHealth Care\'s Medical
Oncology Clinics. All non-clinical coursework takes place online,
allowing you the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance.Our goal is
to train and retain the talent at ProHealth. Recipients of this
scholarship will be asked to complete an agreement to secure and
maintain employment as an LPN for 2 years following LPN graduation and
licensing. The scholarship is fully paid. At no point will students be
charged for anything related to this scholarship. The cost of the

this opportunity! What You Will Do: The Clinic LPN performs assigned
nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of patients. Some of
the job responsibilities include: preparing exam room; ensure sufficient
stock of supplies, materials, and instruments; room patients and obtain
vital signs; request and record health history; and ensure accurate and
timely documentation into the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) or other
patient records. You Will Need: High School Diploma / GED Current state
license required for those who completed the LPN education program.
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) certification
preferred but not required for those who completed the Medical Assistant
education program or Completion of an accredited LPN education program
or Documented completion of the United States Military Medical Corpsman
program Successful completion of a 1-year accredited Medical Assistant
program qualified by the AAMA preferred. Minimum of 2 years of
experience in a physician office as a MA or LPN Experience within any of
the specialty areas of allergy; immunology; dermatology; pulmonary;
neuroscience; and respiratory would be sought after skill sets.
