Key Responsibilities: 

  • HR services for employees – preparation of contracts, annexes, certificates, employment certificates and other documents related to employment and remuneration
  • Maintaining of personal files of employees
  • Support processing payroll
  • Providing support for employee-administration matters and assisting the team every step of the way
  • Staying updated on the latest law regulations and ensuring everyone is well-informed

Requirements:

  • University Student interested in the area of Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Fluent Polish
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field
