Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care provider, is looking for compassionate and dedicated NAs (Nursing Assistants) and CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients, helping them maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life. This is a full-time position with a salary in the healthcare/medical industry, offering a competitive hourly rate of $18 to $25, paid weekly.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to seniors in their homes or in assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transferring activities
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Administer medication as directed by the supervising nurse
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and errands as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

Requirements:
- Active NA or CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Prior experience providing care to seniors, preferably in a home care or assisted living setting
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance
