Your Opportunity

As a Product Documentation Strategist your primary responsibility will be to develop a documentation strategy for the FOLIO product management team. You will accomplish this by developing a documentation strategy template, consulting with members of the team to clearly identify all relevant stakeholders and understand current state of FOLIO documentation before formulating a strategy. 

 

This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories). 

What You'll Do

  • Create or customize a documentation strategy document 
  • Understand the basics of Agile Project Management 
  • Facilitate discussions regarding product and process documentation 
  • Utilize best practice techniques in preparing a documentation strategy for the FOLIO product and the product management team 

 

Your Team

You will become a member of the FOLIO product management team, a team of 10 product professionals with an exceptional depth of expertise in software development and library technology. About You

 

  • Undergraduate student graduating December 2025 or later, eligible to work in USA  
  • Keen interest in writing technical documentation and understanding how people consume information  
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively  
  • Background or Interest in knowledge management, content strategy, and documentation strategy

Pay Range
