You’ll be the technical resource and point person interacting with clients, vendors, and senior management, to identify and resolve complex technical problems. Your Role and Responsibilities
– accepting customers and registering their devices for services
– communicating with customers in regards of service
– answering phone calls
– supporting service delivery in ticket (incident) handling systems
– supporting finance manager with routine tasks
– keeping stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
– supporting other office/service operations like logistics, communicating landlord, procuring office supplies, etc. (IBM Estonia office is small – there are 5 people working in the office, incl. You)
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
– outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
– good organizational and leadership skills
– familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
– good knowledge of MS Office
– fluent Estonian
– English B2 or higher level
