JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description What you\'ll do: Assist the Facility
Operations Team by performing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
with an emphasis to facility-related mechanical/plumbing systems and
associated equipment. Role Responsibilities: Repair a wide variety of
building mechanical equipment needed Diagnose mechanical problems and
determine how to correct them. Perform installation, maintenance,
repairs, and modifications of electrical and mechanical systems,
components, and equipment as well as to our buildings and properties.
Repair, maintain, and install a variety of locks, doors, or other
electronic interfaces and assemblies to ensure efficient functions in
compliance with our safety requirements. Perform and maintain day-to-day
operations on general maintenance such as: flooring and ceiling tiles,
light bulbs, faucets, valves, filters, and more. Ability to travel to
each Wisconsin plant (Stoughton, Evansville, and Brodhead) utilizing
company vehicles. Other duties as assigned. Requirements to Succeed:
Eagerness to learn! Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Be able to stand up
to 10 hours a day Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient,
accurate and productive manner Contribute to the team effort and
communicate with your team. HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing experience is a
plus! What We Ask of You: High school diploma required Associate
degree/vocational schooling in related field preferred Basic computer
skills such as emails, internet navigation, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Valid Driver\'s License Some relevant background is a plus! What We
