We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will lead a dynamic HR team, manage payroll operations, and oversee key HR functions such as onboarding and benefits administration. This is an on-site position requiring strong leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of HR professionals
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees, stepping in as needed to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and ongoing support for medical, dental, and vision plans.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements across all HR functions.
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee records, benefits, and payroll efficiently.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure consistent and fair labor management practices across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR management, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in payroll management, with the ability to step in and resolve payroll complexities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their applications in managing HR functions.
• Proven experience with employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, Florida, and reside within the local area.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
