    • Proactively manage and maintain our essential IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Expertly install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, a variety of software applications, and diverse hardware components.
    • Vigilantly monitor system performance and security, applying critical updates and patches to safeguard our environment.
    • Play a key role in deploying and administering robust backup solutions and cutting-edge cloud-based IT services.
    • Create clear and concise documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and support activities, contributing to our shared knowledge.
    • Partner effectively with fellow IT professionals and colleagues across departments to deliver unified and efficient technical support.
    • Champion exceptional customer service through clear communication, empathetic problem-solving, and a dedication to positive outcomes.


    What you'll bring to the team:

    • Demonstrated expertise in a Tier 2 IT support role or a similarly demanding technical position.
    • A rock-solid understanding of both Windows and Linux operating systems, essential networking protocols, and the intricacies of IT infrastructure.
    • Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a knack for pinpointing and resolving complex hardware and software challenges.
    • Practical experience wielding virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and navigating cloud environments like Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
    • A foundational grasp of security best practices, including familiarity with firewalls and antivirus solutions.
    • Outstanding problem-solving prowess coupled with the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations.
    • Bonus points for relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
