  Actively recruiting for a Financial Planner in Delta, CO who is seeking a fulltime Executive Assistant to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Pay is $25.00 - $30.00 /hr dependent on experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Financial Planning Support: Collecting and coordinating client information.
-Schedule Management: Proactively setting and prioritizing appointments while managing multiple schedules requires highly developed organizational skills.
-IT Support: This is a small but crucial part of the job. Probably takes about an hour per week.
-Paperwork Completion and Workflow Management: Extensive paperwork, requires high attention to detail and the ability to complete and manage high amounts of paperwork continuously and on time.
-Customer Service: Extensive times serving clients in person, on the phone and via email. Professional personalized outreach or in response to clients and client inquiries.
-Marketing Support: Up to 10% of your time creating marketing materials and campaigns.
