Information This role will provide technical field support to service
providers and end-users of Bobcat industrial products. This role will
ensure field issues are identified and resolved quickly to eliminate
downtime and ensure satisfaction and loyalty is maintained. This
position will support the Central United States region. Candidate should
currently reside near a major city within this region. Role &
Responsibility Assist and advise distributor service technicians with
installation and commissioning of industrial air products. Assist
distributors and customers in troubleshooting and resolving equipment
problems. Advise district distributor staff on proper service and
maintenance of products. Travel to location and work with customers to
resolve problem quickly and equitably. Provide thorough diagnosis and
repair. Provide complaint resolution feedback to customer service so
complaint may be formally closed. Job Requirement Education Required:
Associate\'s Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience Required:
5 years of field service support. Demonstrated experience
training/mentoring service techs. Experience with industrial air
compressors, diesel driven air compressors, and portable generators is a
plus. Knowledge of electro-magnetic induction, AC drive system,
micro-processors, analog machine control systems and AC/DC electrical
systems. Proven ability to document field complaints and apply
appropriate solutions. Ability to read and interpret electric
schematics, PI&D diagrams and mechanical instruction manuals. Microsoft
Office Suite proficiency. Ability to function in an interruption driven
environment. Valid U.S. driver\'s license and in good standing. Travel:
