Position Overview: The Milagros Coffee Shop Manager provides vision and
oversight of the general and day-to-day operations and staff at Milagros. This
person is a self -starter with a high level of integrity, a passion for the
missions of Milagros as well as La Puente, and a high level of compassion
for community members in crisis. Motivating and inspiring staff, providing
excellent customer service, and fostering a friendly environment for the
community are all essential characteristics of this position. Starting Salary
is $42K-$45K base DOE, plus tips, plus a monthly commission.
MUSTS: Must obtain Manager ServSafe within first 30 days of management
(course & test)
Maintain a consistent offering of product & service.
Establish and uphold kitchen and front of house standards for quality,
consistency, organization, and cleanliness in par with Health Codes.
Supervise the handling of repairs and improvements, and handle all
submission of work orders.
Purchase supplies and record history of orders, prices, and inventory.
Maintain a reliable and consistent supply of product.
