Job Description

 
Responsibilities: Ensure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean. Dispose of any debris or trash that are found on the site to prepare it before construction starts. Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently. Qualifications: Experience with construction builds is a big plus but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates. Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow through. Preference to candidates with experience using construction equipment and tools. This work requires physical agility, solid hand eye coordination, and a good sense of balance. Communication and organization skills. Must be positive and even-tempered. Strong work ethic and hungry to learn and grow. Independent problem solver - Must be able to make decisions and come up with solutions without constant guidance. Clean appearance and professional attitude.
