Job Responsibilities
Daily Tasks include:
- Problem Solving
- Marking attendance for all current associates
- Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
- Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
- Maintain a professional and successful customer service
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 6 months leadership experience
- Minimum of 6 months work history in Customer Service and Office experience
- Flexible training on day shift then transition to nights

Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
