We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our team. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your duties will include following recipes, ensuring proper food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Assist with inventory management and food ordering when necessary.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal periods.
- Monitor food stock levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Support the kitchen team by helping with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.
