Your goal is to ensure that production procedures and goals are carried out efficiently with the highest quality.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Performs set-ups, operation, and troubleshooting on assigned machines. Monitor the digital web press to stack, feed or remove and store printed sheets and ensuring efficient operations. Check ink supply and monitor totes throughout shift Ensures precise compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, data accuracy and quality standards. Accurately produce product according to production plan and client specifications. Follow all safety policies and procedures including regular housekeeping. Maintain expected levels of productivity for the work area. Cross-train and support various work areas, as determined by supervisor or manager. Machine Operator III Proficiency on highly technical or data machines such as Digital Presses, Tape layers, Silkscreens, or AZ
Qualifications
Requirements: Good manual dexterity & Hand/Eye coordination Strong attention to detail Ability and willingness to lead small work groups of machine assistants Respond to changing conditions Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary Ability to work a designated shift and overtime as required, may include time before or after the designated shift and/or other shifts; Meet physical requirements: Stand or sit for long periods of time Lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Skills: Computer experience High mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting skills Printing or graphics experience Manufacturing experience with a strong technology base High school diploma or GED Company Overview: CPI Card Group is a payment technology company and leading provider of credit, debit and prepaid solutions delivered physically, digitally and on-demand.
