Highlands Landscaping & Fencing, LLC, Arvada, CO. Daily transportation
will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the
following counties: Jefferson, Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear
Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Park, Weld. 20 Landscape
Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from
04/01/2025 through 11/30/2025, 7:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week,
overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays required, schedule
varies. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $21.35-$23.26/hr,
$32.03-$34.89/hr OT, Raises and/or bonuses at employer's
discretion. Opportunity for higher pay depending on experience and job
performance. Landscape using hand tools, power tools, and necessary
equipment. Tasks may include any of the following or any combination of the
following: Mowing, laying sod, trimming, planting, mulching and
laying rock, installing retaining walls, watering, fertilizing,
digging, raking, and sprinkler installation. Digging out soil, bringing
base materials, carrying pavers to the paver installer. Driving vehicles to
pick up materials. Clean up. Drug testing during employment for cause;
Random drug testing during employment; All drug testing is performed without
regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing
is paid for by the company. Pre-hire background check required. All background
checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all
fees are paid for by the company. Able to lift 80lbs. No experience
required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's
request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health
