Description
LinQuest is seeking a Business Support specialist to join our team at our office in Dayton, OH. US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI is required.

The Business Support Specialist will provide direct support for the Air Force Command, Control, Communication and Battle Management (C3BM) Liaison in the form of administrative (e.g., calendar management, planning, scheduling, and facilitating internal C3BM Team meetings and external meetings with stakeholders), and technical support to the government lead(s) for C3BM Liaison.

This job requires a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the PM for C3BM Liaison with their administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities may include:


Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, take broad direction on multiple tasks and work collaboratively
Coordinate with senior managers to schedule and facilitate meetings
Create executive-level communications
Performing an array of administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience:


Bachelor degree
Minimum of one year working in a professional office environment
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Proficiency with MS Teams and/or other collaboration applications including Sharepoint
The ability to listen and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
US citizenship and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI

Preferred Skills and Experience:


Three years experience working in government or defense industry environment
Expert skills with MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
