So for me it's about feeling clearly valued by the company I'm working for. Not only in regards to the promotions that you receive through hard work, but also through loyalty, you commit to the company you're working for. For me, it's a two way street and Enterprise has been right there alongside When COVID struck, I was in a position that could have easily been cut and I was incredibly scared for what the future might hold, but it became very quickly apparent that the company I had put 10 years into was gonna be loyal to me like I was to it, not only to my career. Continued to develop during this time, but Enterprise even made a donation to the foundation that I work with in my name. To me that just showed that they were invested not only in me as an employee, but me as a person. And I just love that.
