JOB SUMMARY


Gather and interpret data to solve a specific problem.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


High School Diploma or GED. A working understanding computer technology studies and use of structured query language (SQL). Seeking a Database Specialist with 2+ years of experience.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
Self-starter who needs little oversight.
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.
Strong Microsoft application skills.
Strong verbal, writing, management and team building skills.
Ability to resolve disputes.
Understanding and knowledge of database structures, specifically how to develop and maintain (preferred).
Proficiency in JavaScript and PowerFx (preferred).


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Understanding and knowledge of SQL database structures, specifically how to develop and maintain (Preferred)
Understanding and knowledge of java script language used in development with data pages.
Understanding of HTML and web page development and maintenance.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Preferred)
Working with other teammates to develop analytical charts and dashboards.
Data entry and data configuration from various forms and methods.
Develop and customize apps using PowerApps to meet business requirements.
Optimize and maintain existing database systems for performance and scalability.
Write PowerFx code for application design and front-end component integration.
Ensure data integrity and security within the database systems.
Take on dual roles as a database developer and application developer as required.
Implement software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to database configurations and processes.
Provide technical support and training to team members as needed.
Perform database backups, updates, and maintenance tasks.
Offer knowledge and lessons learned for continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
