- Bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, theology, or religious studies or equivalent theology degree preferred. Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (MDIV, MTS, ThM or equivalent theological degree) preferred. Demonstrated theological coursework required.
- If no degree, must have 5-7 years of experience in a formal ministerial setting required.
- One or more unit(s) of Clinical Pastoral Education preferred.
- Ability to pass DHS background study.
- If Driving: Valid State Driver’s License, automobile in good working order, automobile insurance in accordance with state and organizational requirements, and an acceptable driving record required.
The hourly base range for this role is $25.00 to $28.50. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets.
