Client Service Associate. (Williamsville, NY) Tax Technologies, Inc. Responsibilities: Aid clnts w/ prep of their tx rtuns & e-filing. Cnduct essentl applicatn diagntics on clnt dta incldng priodiclly gnrting rports & montrng clnt dtabases. Perfm applicatn tsting to dtmine if tx applicants r wrkng as dsignd, doc issues or enhcmnts discvrd, & wkrs w/ sftwre devlper to corct. Perfm dta mnipultn & ingratn into sftwre applictn. Ass. in gthrn clnt info. & cnductng dta alysis. Suprt clnt sftwre implmntn engmnts. Cnduct training to edu. clnts on best prts. Idntfy cmn trends to dtrmne wys to optmze the sftwre implmtn prcs. Requirements: Bachelor's deg in A/cting, Finance or Tax or equi. related work exp. The candidate must have at least 1 yr of exp. working in public accounting or corporate experience with federal, state, and international tax compliance and provision background. Alternate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax or any equivalent combination of foreign education/or work experience is acceptable.
