Position Purpose/Major Function of the Position:
To further the mission of Colorado Outdoor Education Center by providing
quality meals to clients and guests who have reserved the conference center
space to learn on site.
Essential Job Functions:
Prep and cook meals for clients dietary restrictions
Wash and sanitize all used dishes
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Assist in maintaining a clean kitchen, sparkling dishware, and a tidy
dining area
Other Job Duties:
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaint/requests with professionalism and patience
Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any
company-related practices
Perform any additional duties as assigned
