do: Under general supervision, conducts preventive maintenance, repair,
installation, general servicing and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC
systems. Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through
direct, on site, customer interface. Mentors\' peers on mechanical HVAC
installation & service activities. Properly completes required project
